Community Rules

Layoverr works when everyone feels safe saying hi to a stranger at the gate. These rules apply to profiles, chats, and meeting up.

Be who you are

• 18+ only. Real first name, real birthday.
• No impersonation, fake profiles, or bots.

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying.
• A missing wave is a no. Don't try to get around a block.
• Flirting is welcome between people who both opted in. Consent is ongoing: if someone says no or stops replying, that's the answer.

Keep it clean

• No sexual content, solicitation, or escort services.
• No selling, spam, scams, or asking for money.
• Nothing illegal.

Stay safe

• Meet in busy public spots inside security.
• Don't share your gate, flight number, or hotel. Don't ask others for theirs.
• If something feels wrong, leave, then block and report.

What happens when rules are broken

Reported accounts are reviewed by a person within 24 hours. Content gets removed and accounts get suspended or banned. Accounts reported by several people are hidden from every room until reviewed. If you're in danger, contact airport police or your local emergency number first.
